Daytime at Café Mambo Ibiza
Roll your sleeves up, Mambo gang, the 2023 summer season is upon us and it’s set to be a belter. Naturally, we want every single one of you to join us at an unmissable Mambo sunset at least once this year — come on down, everyone’s invited! But we also want to give you a heads up about our unique daytime offering, which showcases an altogether different Mambo vibe that’s as low-key and as laid-back as they come. That’s not to say that it won’t spontaneously combust into a celebration at any moment, of course, but daytime Mambo is all about seaside chill and relaxed, Balearic beats, sliding you nicely into full scale, holiday mode.
Mambo is open for breakfast and lunch during every day of the summer, and that means you get to soak up all those Mediterranean blues while appreciating the gentle swoosh of waves, and an eclectic soundtrack woven by one of our legendary resident DJs from midday. The best part is that there’s no minimum spend, so reserve a seaside table and settle in for a dining session to remember — sun above, sea below and surrounded by mates.
Breakfast is served till 1pm and includes a range of classic revitalising dishes like smoked salmon bagel, pancakes with fruit coulis and maple syrup, and of course, a good old fashioned English breakfast. There’s also yoghurt, fruit and granola, smashed avocado with poached eggs, and for something traditionally Spanish, pan con tomate. Otherwise, mix and match with your favourite ingredients, which can all be combined to make the plate of your dreams.
After 1pm, say hello to our delicious lunch and brunch menu that’s bursting with hearty fare. Try the nachos smothered with cheese and add pulled pork or chicken, tuck into the classic Mambo burger, or put aside the knife and fork and munch on the warm chicken wrap, which all tastes absolutely fantastic in the open air. We serve light snacks, salads and sides too, and of course there’s a range of desserts to indulge in like creamy cheesecake and a chocolate bomb.
